Dear Mayor Morgan and Members of the London City Council,
I am writing to you today in support of the motion to look into the streets bylaw or sign bylaw with regards to very graphic and gory pictures of dead fetuses. I do not believe these images belong on our city streets as they are extremely triggering to many people. They are also a distraction to motorists who drive by them.
I implore you to vote yes at the March 5th Council meeting to have staff look at bylaw options.
Section 1 of the Charter of Rights says that freedom of expression is NOT absolute, and is subject to reasonable limits. Please keep this in mind.
